Access Industries operates four factory divisions at Lithgow, Newcastle, and two at Seven Hills, where disabled people are given the opportunity to be involved in a normal working environment, which contributes to them leading an improved and more independent lifestyle. In addition the organisation operates an Employment Services which assists close to 150 people with disabilities to obtain and retain jobs in the open labour market.
